Welcome to the Official Website of International Seminar on Buddhism and Globalization (ISBG-2010) to be held on 17-19 February, 2010 at Old Convocation Hall, Faculty of Arts, University of Delhi, Delhi (India). The International Seminar on Buddhism and Globalization (ISBG 2010) is organized by the Department of Buddhist Studies, University of Delhi, Delhi, India.The International Conference on Buddhism and Globalization aims to bring together researchers, faculty, and scholars, students to exchange and share their experiences, new ideas, and research results about all aspects of Buddhism and Globalization, and discuss the practical challenges encountered and the solutions adopted. The Conference will address a range of important themes relating to Buddhism and Globalization. Plenary speakers will include some of the world’s leading thinkers in the field of Buddhism. more

The International Seminar on Buddhism and Globalization (ISBG 2010) is the premier international forum for researchers faculty, and scholars, students to exchange and share their experiences, new ideas, and research results about all aspects of Buddhism and Globalization, and discuss the practical challenges encountered and the solutions adopted.

Thereview results of the abstract have been sent by email and the list of abstracts are posted here. Authors of accepted abstracts have until December 30, 2009 to submit a paper which will be distributed to attendees at ISBG 2010.

The International Seminar will be held from February 17 - 18, 2010. We have moved to the final stages of Seminar preparations now and we ar happy to announce that it looks wonderful opportunity for wide and open academic exchange. Tentaive Seminar schedule will be posted soon.
